On a spectrum from geometrical/traditional to natural/contemporary, what is your walkway preference?

Hopefully you've followed the progress of the S 6th St/Bull Run Greenway Planning Project enough to know about the big design charrette we did in November.  There have also been multiple focus groups on a variety of topics and with a range of relevant organizations and individuals.  The design team has continued to work in the intervening time and it's now time to make one final push to get input on what's called the Visual Preference Survey for the project.  This is not a comprehensive survey about all aspects of the project but is designed to target general responses to different types of design solutions and some elements for inclusion in the final plan.  We're hoping to hear from people who have not yet otherwise weighed in.  The catch is that the deadline for participating in the survey is Sunday, March 6, at 6pm.  So visit the link and do it and share the link and have others do it.  It does not take long.  Just do it!

Survey Visual Preference - Landscape2From manicured to natural, how do you prefer your landscaping?

Here's the link again.

How about from hard armored to natural fluvial geomorphology (stream shape)?

And there are some other things to weigh in on, too.  Click through and be counted!

If you or someone you know can't manage the online survey, you can call the LNC office at 570-523-0114 and leave a message asking for assistance.  We will get back to you and help out.
